Obituary- Strimple, Robert

Robert Strimple, aged 20 years, son of Mr. and Mrs. H.P. Strimple, died Monday, April 3rd, of cerebro spinal meningitis, after an illness of just one day. He was a young man of unusual promise, strong and vigorous in his young manhood, but the relentless hand of Death cut him down just on the brink of that golden promise. The parents have the heartfelt sympathy of the community as they have been sorely afflicted this winter. The funeral services were conducted by Rev. Parrett, on Tuesday at 2 o'clock, and the remains were interred in the Rossville cemetery.
